At the moment there was a doping. work on the site and waiting for the processing of leads to obtain reliable feedback on the quality of leads and time of their contact, for further matching with the site users and their actions (telephony and CRM are not yet). There is not yet the possibility to obtain information on the leads with the necessary data on them – this in turn does not give the possibility to analyze and obtain a reliable answer to the question which campaigns/approches work and which do not, due to the influence of additional external factors that distort the picture and influence the work of the advertising office as a whole.

He was unhappy with the current results, but there were no resources needed to make data-based decisions and make relevant changes.
