one. Payment.
In order to close the project, I had to pull for half a month (It will be written later why). I lost close to 500-600 UAH on currency conversions due to the exchange rate, etc., I decided to work in rubles, because Denis assured: "It seems to be all the same for you, but my commission will be less." At first, it seemed like I would have received 300 UAH less, but when it came to withdrawing funds, I was surprised.
I advise all Ukrainian freelancers to work in hryvnia.
1 out of 10 for payment only because the project was closed much later than the deadlines, although I asked Denis three times to work normally and close the project, and he simply either ignored or left for a three-day weekend.

2. Formulation of the problem.
TK as such could not be said, Denis probably wanted me to read his thoughts. Because of this, I redid the layouts several times. Plus, the task was constantly changing, new tasks were being thrown, and as a result, the redesign turned into a completely new website design from scratch.

3. Requirements.
This is written about in the last sentence of paragraph 2., So no comment.

four. Contact.
1 out of 10, I explain why: answers in the workspace at best once a day and at the same time a person leaves for a weekend lasting three days knowing that he has an active project and he did not give any information before the weekend, and also Denis did not warn that him a weekend, but simply stopped communicating for a while.

I did not apply to arbitration due to the fact that I wanted to adequately complete the project without any clarifications, and I think Denis would not want arbitration, so we have what we have, the project lasted not a week, but a month.
My advice to freelancers: don't start work without technical specifications, even if the customer asks for it, and respect yourself.

There was a desire to write a review "as is", but read them (text reviews) a few, in addition, there are a lot of factors that affect the general impressions.
The project, instead of 7 days made a month, from that time, about 70% went to wait for answers to questions.
From the task "to take a bar and a file to import, make a site with the possibility of import", go to the list "and let's get a bar here."
It looks like everything is fine, but as in the saying "cover and cry".
