The customer is completely incompetent in what he orders.The customer canceled the job and left me a bad feedback, thus ruining my ideal statistics, on which I worked for a month!The essence of the dispute: I had to do the work on the site review, at the very beginning he did not point out that it was essentially important for him that his site was recorded from the screen of a broad-format monitor, it was already clear after I did the work.Its site on different devices is displayed differently, I have only my laptop.I recorded a review from my laptop, reviewed and I want to notice that I sent him the job in time (he wrote in the review that I gave the job not in time - it's a shit).He looked at the work and began to grieve me by the fact that I supposedly made a chart that the site looks on the review not as it needs it (it was not a word to say about what the site needs to download from the devices that are called the broad-formed site mode).Then, without any dispute, I took and revised the review using the video that the client himself took off the screen and fulfilled all his original requirements:

- I used its screen record and now the site has the type you need;
I clearly synchronized the video under the voice record;
- I removed all the additional video fragments as the customer wanted;

After that, the customer charged me, insulted me as a professional (by the way, before him, my reputation on the site was perfect).And he also insisted in the review that I did not use my work as an example and that I did not do the work in time and in poor quality.In addition, I tried to go to a compromise and suggested him to make amendments to the latest version of my work, I agreed to make the video for the third time, but he decided to break my perfect reputation on the site that I worked on for a very long time.According to the conclusion:
- the customer wrote me a negative comment on his request, which was not agreed before the start of the work;
He did not want to make amendments.
I spent 8 hours of work out of place (free);
“He killed my reputation as a author, which is very important to me, if his negative comment remains, then I can’t take the job anymore, I’ll have to leave that resource and move to work elsewhere.Man does not understand what he orders and requires what has not been said!I absolutely do not recommend collaborating with this person, especially the author who works on his reputation, this person will carry it out to you, so how the conflict in you can arise from his needs by the fact, even if you fulfill all the essential conditions of work!Be cautious!
