As for communication with the execution, there are no problems here, but with the requirements and expectations of the customer - there are moments.

For example, knowing that we are developing, some marketing solutions were expected from us, despite the fact that we do not have a marketer and a marketing department.

Also, the customer thought that the problem was in the developers and decided to conduct an audit of the code. For us it was strange, knowing that we just started a project + we write according to commonly accepted standards. The result: with the code everything is okay, to surprise...

As for payments, here is an example: the customer stopped the development, completed the design, himself expanded its scope of tasks - with additional calculation and the message that the work will cost more and more expensive - the refusal of cooperation, which leads to the fact that they don't want to pay more than there is the setting of tasks at first.
