From my side, the executor agreed on the scope of work: preparation of the Meta Ads launch strategy, campaign structure, Lead Form with qualification questions, creatives, integration of lead transfer, ad launch, status table, and interim analysis of applications.

There were working difficulties in the collaboration. At the start, some materials were of limited quality and lacked sufficient context, so part of the creative base had to be prepared separately. Also, during the work, there were changes in expectations and additional clarifications regarding the quality of leads, statuses, and subsequent connections.

Payment was made correctly. Overall, the project was brought to launch and completed within the agreed conditions.

For further work in such a niche, it is important to clearly document materials, areas of responsibility, criteria for qualified leads, and regularly update the statuses of applications.
