I always communicate openly and am ready for dialogue to agree on all details, but for effective cooperation, it is important to have a clear technical task from the very beginning. The tasks changed during the process, often without agreeing on the scope of work. Communication was sometimes emotional on the client's side. I completed the work as agreed, but it is not the kind of experience I would like to repeat.
