1. The payment is too low for the client's requirements, the price and the amount of work (video) exceed the price. Be prepared to spend time and effort, but you won't earn enough.
2. Contactability is hard to assess, the client doesn't know the word - etiquette, there is no respect for the performer.
3. The task setting was vague, there was no clear explanation, so the work was going in the wrong direction, but in the end, it was figured out.
Result: a project for enthusiasts, you should have the strength to watch this for 3 hours, the payment is low for 2 videos, overall uncomfortable.
Glad to work with this topic, I advise the client to communicate openly and convey their wishes correctly, and not to look for flaws everywhere, if you want quality - pay properly.
