The project turned out to be quite complicated, as the initial task was not clear enough. During the work process, the client added new pages, pop-ups, and requirements that were not agreed upon before the start. For a fixed budget format, this is not typical and fair to the performer. Because of this, the project became significantly more complicated and took more time than planned. However, the desired result was achieved. I advise future performers to detail all conditions and scope of work at the start to avoid misunderstandings and additional time expenditure.

I think if the TZ was concrete and without guess, then the BD scheme I would do in 1-2 days. I would then make authorization and everything else. It was all necessary to make a clear TZ so that there would not arise a lot of questions and uncertainty. Simply take and schedule everything in detail according to the project. How everything should work. And then I would immediately design the BD scheme, and would not ask a lot of clarificing questions and would not take it.
