On the site I did more than was in the application. According to the letters, the customer was ready to continue the work.
But he didn’t give me information about his strengths (the UTP, the customer’s pain, the reasons for the purchase, etc.The customer, it turns out, expected from me to disclose in the texts exactly these topics! There were no answers to my questions on this topic.
However, there was a lot of claims to the choice of words, terms, the construction of phrases, pointing, etc. And all these claims appeared at the end of the work, while in the middle of the work, the customer liked everything, there were only small directions.
Seeing that constructive work we will not succeed, and the further work will only bring " pain and suffering" I decided not to continue cooperation, without arbitration, with the return of the amount invested to the Customer.
