Unfortunately in the work with this customer did not find a common language and we couldn’t complete the project completely.I will explain what was the essence of the basic nuances I met.
- I got the approved decision, we chose the desired option, he liked it, and then the customer sharply rejected it.After I noticed why in the same city everything doesn’t like, I got a zero fitback where there was no clear explanation.This is the impression that I initially conducted a project with the same personality, then it became a completely different person.- Instead of constructive explanations, I heard everything in mind - epithets, metaphors, euphemisms, but not what concerned information in its simple form, which usually enables to solve problems.I understand that each is expressed in its own way, but abstractness and appeal by terms that do not relate to technical information can usually lead only to a blind corner.- the customer may miss for 1-3 days, but it wasn't critical for me.- I pulled my mind into the customer, where Alexey claimed that it was more important that the work liked me as an executive.I noticed that of course I am confident in my work and she likes me that there was no reaction)) accordingly the customer is driven by the motives that I could never realize.- After we closed the project, I proposed that ready to make new decisions, which the answer did not follow.As a conclusion, I add that this is the first time I have such a situation, where in many points I have had disagreements with the customer.In general, I do not accuse the customer that he is uncompetent or inadequate, his role was played by human factors, the uncertainty of the name of the logo + that at the very beginning from my side I could try a more global approach that might be useful.

Alexis is the top customer!!! The project is interesting, communicating at the level of “unbelievable”, shortly, the human genius. Nevertheless, not everyone will be able, in less than a year, to learn programming and write their own CRM system!)
