At the start of the project, the cost of the project was assessed by time.There was no technical task (TZ) on the project.All my assessment was based on the design that was.There were four people in the team.A designer, a creator, I - as a web developer, Arcadius - as a PM.Since we didn’t have TZ on the project, all the functional information I received from Arcade.At the very beginning everything started normal - everyone understood their tasks, I did the architecture of the bd, I did the "site skeleton".But already at the end of the first month we had changes in terms of preparation.My time in the project was very dependent on the work of other team members.Sometimes there were moments that I am a PMIL project, they say what we don’t have and we lack.In general, this is all the reality of such projects on freelance, in the sense that without TZ and clear tasks we start the project, on the way of creating we meet problems in implementation - different reasons.Already at the end of the project there was a misunderstanding with Arkadius, "I said," that's about the setting of tasks.I think this project experience for us 2x about how to do projects in such conditions.All organizational points regarding payment were observed.The minimum level was built system, design viewing, a little tracking tasks.I think the project was missing control/intrusion from the Arcade.
