The project was completed, there were unpredictable pre-working that had to be done from the side of the server, as the error was from other developers and the server was also wrongly set up. It had to spend more time than it was even estimated because this was not in the TZ (and in principle the customer could not know about it). The customer quickly found the system administrator which entered all the necessary settings on the server, and finally everything worked properly.
