Sometimes it was difficult to get in touch, responses came in the evening, which slowed down the process.

However, it is worth noting that all edits were minimal, clearly justified, and easy to discuss and implement. Thanks to this, the project was completed on time.

1 . The customer is untouchable - the words "bread", "gave", "food" - the norm in communication.
The 2nd There is no TZ but there is a "wish" already after the agreement of the conditions. The advice is to write and agree with the TZ as much as possible with the customer.
3 . Without discarding in the finished project, on the background of unrealised desires and the realised TZ, the contractor impulsively submitted the project to the arbitration, and then he himself rejected the arbitration and closed the project.
