I do not recommend working with Irina! The technical task was not detailed enough, no references were provided at all. There was a request not to use images of Santa Clauses/squirrels/rabbits/pictures from postcards. After receiving the first three versions, no reasoned edits or comments were provided, only the response: "don't like it, too simple." After further discussion, Irina finally provided references, which still included squirrels, rabbits, and illustrations/pictures.
After receiving three more versions, Irina chose one of the options. She said she would do me a favor and close the project, and make the edits herself, although specific edits and text with technical information were not communicated. Throughout the communication, there was a condescending and disdainful attitude, as if Irina were the director and I were a lower-class person.
I do NOT recommend working with Irina!
