I wrote that the bot was actually 95% ready 10-12 hours before the deadline. There was only the need to check the bot, change the text, emojis, etc., that is, cosmetic changes.
In the morning, I notice that the client immediately after the deadline filed a complaint and left me a bad review, even though he knew that the bot was almost ready — I had told him about it. This is actually my first bad review. To put it mildly, I am in shock. I write to him, and he responds with something vague, like "I need money right now," "we'll resume work later," and that's it.

The conclusion is this: it's better not to get involved with such a client, otherwise you might, like me, get a bad review for nothing.

Impressions of working on the Chat-bot project for Telegram, designed for scheduling appointments with a specialist, can be characterized as extremely positive. My impressions regarding the employer, the task, and our cooperation can be summed up in one word - perfect.

First of all, the main task was formulated clearly, concisely, and understandably. This helped to avoid misunderstandings during the task execution and significantly contributed to the efficiency of the work. Additionally, the task was broken down into specific points, which allowed structuring the execution process and speeding it up.

Cooperation with the employer was constant and prompt. It was pleasant to communicate and discuss project details, and timely feedback helped to avoid delays in task completion.

Overall, working on this project, I felt not only as a professional but also as part of a team that truly aims to achieve a common goal. Thank you for this opportunity and trust, and I hope for further cooperation on this or similar projects in the future.
