The customer chose a work scheme, according to which I needed to develop and select the "three best options in my opinion" names and slogans, after which he needed to list the agreed amount. The work was done in time, strictly in accordance with the brief and sent to the customer. After the expiry of the project, the customer's money was not listed, and the customer did not respond to my questions. In this regard, I had to apply to the arbitration, which took my side and contributed to the listing of 100% of the amount of the cost of the project (i.e., according to the arbitration, the final result corresponded to the task agreed between the parties). Even despite the decision of the arbitration, the customer was objectively underestimated assessments in the review of the project carried out.
