The buyer gave three examples of calculators, it was necessary to make such in Excel. It turned out that three examples work differently in some cases. I dropped the almost finished project to the customer, demonstrated that the examples work differently and asked if it was installed if I made a project that will work as one of them.
I needed a clear answer to finish. However, the Customer did not give any answer, but wrote incomprehensible information.
Therefore, I came to the conclusion that the Contractor was a fraud, I wanted to perform the project, and then prove that the calculator works wrong on one of the examples (even all three examples work differently), leave myself the project done and prove that my work is not true without paying it. Otherwise, I don’t understand why he couldn’t give a firm answer to the simple straight question “Is it a good idea for one of the examples?”
