In the project for me there were both slides and falls (emotional), and they were not few.Sometimes it seemed that the project will last eternally.Rostislav loves to give a lot of rectangles, so at the time of approval of the order, the executives are better to prescribe all their conditions, the number of rectangles and in general everything that can be prescribed so that it is a iron-beton border that cannot be broken, so it will be more quiet and the work will not be delayed.Without looking at the difficulties that arose in the course of cooperation, Rostislav was still facing and I felt from his side the desire to bring the cooperation to a productive result.Rostislav agreed with many arguments regarding the design (what shouldn't be done, but shouldn't be done), all corners smoothed.In general, Rostislav is a very pleasant person, as I can summarize by our communication.But as a customer, he still needs a lot to learn for easier and more productive cooperation with the executives.I was satisfied with the results of the work, I was interested in working on the tasks, but I personally left the seats.I advise to work with Rostislav to those performers who have strong nerves and a lot of patience (I, unfortunately, don’t).I am grateful for the valuable experience!PS: Rostislav, I wish you success in the business and in all!
