My duties:

● Team management (80+ remote employees), hiring and technical assignments for SEO-writers, editors, content strategists, compliance managers (English, French, Afrikaans);
● SEO content strategy development, content audit and on-page optimization (looking for new evergreen and trending topics, including keyword research and creation of proper page titles and structure);
● Building of the semantic core of 4 media platforms with millions of users per month;
● Profound knowledge of Ahrefs, Google Trends&Analytics, Buzzsumo, Twitter Trends, IO Analytics, Keyword Tool, Keyword Density Checker, etc;
● Learning and utilizing various SEO content strategies, e.g. Keyword Golden Ration method or Content Gap tool in Ahrefs;
● Fact-checking, ensuring all-round consistency and maintaining high quality, as well as that the delivered content is original and written in compliance with the law of the countries and policies of Google and Facebook;
● Creating payrolls, weekly and monthly reports, writing guides;
● Planning the budget and ensuring timely publications of the required number of articles (within the budget limits).
