The first project with this customer was carried out through the service, we discussed what the customer wants to see, I performed the previously agreed work and I was paid for it, as agreed.But one of the customer’s partners wanted to see the result that would look even better and more interesting than we discussed before with Peter.By this we started a new project already on direct, not through the service and I again told what they would like to see in the result, during the work I constantly called and showed to Peter that everything would be exactly as he wants, he wrote even the text that I had to sound in the animation that I did and also discounted to Peter whatever he said fit him or not.After doing all the work completely, he dropped the finished result to Peter with a watermark on the video, as the payment has not yet been received for the work.As a result, now the other partner didn’t like it, not the animation, not the model, and not the text I’ve sounded.The animation, all the models and the text I showed not once and asked Peter, is it all right and exactly so it is necessary?What I got the answer, that everything is fine, and so it is necessary, etc.As a result, when Peter asked me to pay for the job and that I would drop the outlet without the watermark, he replied that his partners told me not to pay for that job because they didn’t need it.The advice for those who will cooperate with this customer, work only through the service, and also discuss everything in the project dialogue that could be proven that you have done what the customer and wanted to see, and since I did not, I am guilty of the future cooperation occurring directly with Peter.For the order we made through the service, my rating was 9 out of 10, as cooperation in this project was good.
