(Без ТЗ - Результат ХЗ)
Заказчик: - А почему нет страницы "Контакты"?
Исполнитель: - А этого не было в ТЗ
Заказчик: - А Вы что, сами не понимаете, это же и так понятно!
Арбитраж....
В 96% случаев, Заказчик не может объяснить нормально то, что ему нужно. Часто бывает так, что Заказчик даже не знает того, что он просит - ему не нужно, а нужно совсем другое.
В 100% случаев, ни программист, ни дизайнер, ни кто либо другой - не хочет глубоко вникать в бизнес Заказчика
В результате - Заказчик не получает того, что нужно, исполнитель переделывает по 100 раз, с качелями в арбитраже.
Я нахожусь между заказчиком и исполнителем и несу ответственность за результат.
Как я работаю и для кого могу быть полезным:
1. Полностью выслушиваю пожелания Заказчика и общаюсь с ним на понятном ему языке
2. Провожу глубокий анализ бизнеса в целом
3. Собираю информацию и пишу ТЗ отдельно для дизайнера, отдельно для программиста и т.д., на понятном им языке
4. Контролирую выполнения, вношу правки и т.д.
5. Результат: заказчик получает то, что ему нужно для роста бизнеса. (Кстати, часто заказчику не нравится результат, но эффект от результата его поражает
