If there had been a programmer who had worked on the project for at least a week or two, there would have been no questions about the tasks at all. Additional information was provided quickly enough.

The lack of understanding and the difference between "to make something" and "new work" as a whole. The first one is written, the second one is written, the second one is written, the second one is written. Long answers, as the work is done through managers, can answer south+ and end up asking why so long/when will it be ready?.. With the manager to discuss everything quickly and for greater understanding it is impossible, because there is a full code and agents sitting. Thank God for apologizing for the incorrect TZ.
