I worked on the project "Lead Magnet Library for the Website" with client Yaroslav Morshny. For a symbolic budget of 700 UAH, 4 full-fledged creatives were created + 2 rounds of revisions for each of them.
During the collaboration, the client provided sufficiently detailed comments, which helped better understand his vision. However, the revisions were extensive — in some cases, it was actually necessary to completely redo the block's design. For example, changing not only the palette but also the structure, composition, style, and even the visual concept.
Communication with the client was polite, but not always time-efficient considering the volume of revisions within the low budget. Ultimately, from a technical standpoint, the project was implemented, but in terms of mutual value, the collaboration was unbalanced: given the workload, which exceeded expectations (redoing each creative according to fundamentally new requirements), the budget was clearly underestimated.
I recommend that the client in the future either allocate a higher payment for such volumes or more clearly articulate expectations at the start. Freelancers are advised to carefully agree on the scope of work before beginning cooperation.
