During the work process, there was a different understanding of the boundaries of the current stage: the client expected a broader technical scope, while I worked according to the limited first stage specified in the bid and counteroffer. Because of this, a conflict arose regarding the scope at the end.

At the same time, the client was in touch, provided materials, and ultimately closed the project. For the future, I recommend documenting the scope of work, stages, and expected technical results as thoroughly as possible before starting.
