Yes, I acknowledge that we have a certain misunderstanding and that is a significant part of my fault. But unfortunately, Rita also had some expectations and false ideas that were not recorded in writing. I had to insist on the precise advertising budget at the very beginning of the project, but hoped on the customer's experience. But yet, for such customers as Rita I’m always ready to do a lot for free beyond the framework of completed projects, as this customer even in conflict situations shows his decency.
