But there was a significant lack of feedback on the applications; from our side, the applications are submitted at a normal price, but there was no feedback from the client. We reminded about this several times, but only at the end of the collaboration did the client write that the applications were of poor quality. Why couldn't this have been communicated right away? We were working completely blind.
