About the technical problem (the system was completely flying) was warned in advance (for a day of the 2 addressed to the project), which specific reaction did not follow.
As a result, in the remaining period, there was no physical possibility from my side to restore the system in time and perform the order. The customer has no reasoned feedback on the late warning.
What other issues are discussed on my side is unclear.
