A very good team, they all worked well together. A little lack of experience in the work on the character,this is easy to get up as a young team. A well-described project for what the model is needed and where it will be used. The TZ (Technical Task) where the work by the model, its parameters and other points would be clearly described. I hope that with time the team will gain experience in creating the TZ. You can look for a head or TZ can make up the 3D Artist itself,but there is a moment that it is usually paid 🙂.
