The customer appeared 3 hours before the end of the project and began to offer adaptation adjustments (the shell was made in full compliance with the model, the technical task was not provided). There was 2.5 hours left to the end of the project. The customer decides to leave a negative feedback on the fact that the work is not delivered in time!
