I’m working with the client for the third time. The first project went on the horse with some newspapers, the second turned out to be somewhat incomprehensible, and here’s the nearest continuation of history. Therefore, the feedback will soon include all the experience of working with the customer. A little more detailed: first of all, I don’t really like when an unfounded customer has a claim to the executive about the “no wish” to perform certain directions already in the process of work. In the beginning, there was a reasonable explanation why it should not be done so. Second, it’s not quite clear the same ratio, when first it sounds: not that, not that, etc., and then, as it turns out that the end data changes and then the customer already changes the tone to a more pleasant. Therefore, the advice for the future for other executives: ask for a detailed TZ and write everything to the details at the beginning of the work as clear and transparent as possible, because you will be processing not the directions, but developing individual options. Something like that...

The planning of the apartment is performed in several options according to the requirements and wishes of the customer.
