According to the agreement, exactly 2/3 was done - that is, the adaptive layout of the provided layout
and stretching it on a CMS with the connection of functions and some modules agreed in the TOR and setting it all up on the customer's hosting...
The agreement was for a phased payment, 2/3 of the total amount of the project was paid for the completed stages
Half of the amount for stage 2 was returned, the rest was estimated by me as payment for the work done and the time spent ..
To all questions about how you wanted to see your project or how to do it better, what you need - I received an answer, well, you look at how best, I could do it all myself, but there is simply no time and so on ..
The customer himself was not very interested in the development of his project, so draw your own conclusions!
I will not advise anything - decide for yourself to cooperate with him or not!
