The client wanted to connect and work directly through this project-consultation, bypassing the service. After a detailed discussion, I found that the project has many hidden pitfalls and does not meet the initial budget, so further cooperation was declined. The client did not like this very much and decided to request a refund for the project, but when support did not allow him to do this, he simply left a bad review.
