It seems there were clear requirements at first, then - changes in concepts, then more changes in concepts and text. Initially, they say to do it one way and accept one version, then they want a different one. At first, they say to make the text this way, then - another way.
Advantages of the job - relative non-toxicity and politeness. Disadvantages: constantly changing requirements and wishes, resulting in an increase in the volume of work and the time needed for it. Many changes and requirements went beyond the scope of the initial task. Ultimately, it cost more, in my opinion.
