Very interesting project that we were aimed to develop, but due to poor communication from the client, we were not always able to approve the material on time and receive a response regarding the possibility of preparing the required content according to the provided specifications, which led to overlaps in the work.

At the beginning of the work, we discussed all the risks of launching in July with Victoria, as it is not the season in the educational niche, so we advised to launch SMM and later (in August) targeting, to prepare the page for launch and achieve better results and conversion from the page when it would be more relevant for the potential target audience, but the client insisted and did not heed the recommendations, after which sales and better results were needed, which we, of course, did not achieve due to the off-season and the unprepared page for launch.

We always discuss risks at the beginning of cooperation, targeting worked for 11 days, after which the client refused to continue further, as they wanted more sales.

The project is interesting and has every chance of becoming successful, but communication and the client's disregard greatly hindered the work.
