I do not advise translators to cooperate with this customer. After receiving the finished translation, Ivan began to demand editing, referring to some Germans who checked the translation. As an example of how you need to "redict" the text, the customer provided his translation version in which the text not present in the original was written, and other directions, until the correct to the wrong is corrected. I tried to explain to the customer that such claims were unfounded. As a response, Ivan submitted a complaint to the arbitration, where he decided that the task I performed and I can get a payment for the project. After that, the customer accused the administration of the site of incompetence. And I received a payment for the translation, 2 weeks after the work and a number of unsuccessful attempts to agree with the customer.
I thank the administration for fair arbitration.
