The experience of working with this client was unsuccessful.From the beginning of the cooperation, it all seemed a pretty simple task: we had to gather 50 people for the survey.But immediately there were problems with the control of the leads.The customer offered me control methods - to send screenshots as soon as you get the information "I really don't know how you can control, I just can share the update how many people have gone", not to control the receipt of leads - usually leads to a fiasco, but I decided to continue work on trust, "I would have access to the visits, but if not - we will work on trust.“”I placed advertising posts on Telegram, and the customer claimed that the leads come in different amounts.However, problems arise at the end of the project.The customer accused me of unfairness, indicating the corresponding IP addresses during the survey.When she addressed the question of matching IP addresses, the situation became even more confusing.She indicated that almost all the queries were passed from the same IP address, and added that the last IP address was added manually as she checked the query from her own computer.(The customer told me that it is in Asia, therefore the IP address Ukrainian and Asian to confuse is quite difficult.)I explained that the last IP address belonged to my phone, from which I just had a survey.I ironically asked her if she didn’t come out of my phone to check.She also doubted the fairness of the data and complained of my lack of answers.My attempts to clarify the situation and request access to the data remained unsuccessful due to the lack of appropriate access and clear communication with the customer.As a result, this period was characterized by a confused and ineffective communication with the customer, which did not allow to solve the problems and misunderstandings arising.I submitted the project 19 numbers, closed the project was 26 numbers, all this time I clarified before the customer, fixed screenshots of letters/advertisements in the TG chats, and so on, my assumption is only in that the customer was tired of trying me where to catch it, because.Everything I did and how I worked with her link I had, and to provide access to her materials she couldn’t.And every day the project delays and the next question, there were theories that this is the code of the element - so I can't get access, because.I will find the difference from screenshots.Recommend to the customer or not I don't know, the colleague would not advise - but if you start working with such a customer, don't work on confidence, nerves more expensive, control the receipt of leads.Payment after a week.Setting a task is a perfect task, but there is no possibility to check out the leads.Requirements - Fullly appropriate at the beginning, at the end I already prove my every step, and send all possible screenshots, I do everything to prove the customer that I have done everything.It is quite empty on her side.Contact - In essence, the dispute could be closed in a day, but the customer extended the project, questions and answers once a day.I still stay with my opinion that the customer didn’t want to close this project, but she was tired of looking for some of the lays.
