I didn’t find a common language with Alena Kalinichenko.The customer insisted to call.It appeared adequate and with humor.The cost was agreed, the price was below the average in the freelancer market and she quickly agreed to this offer.In a telephone conversation I clarified that I took a pre-payment of 30% of the cost of the model, that is 1500g.We agreed to do everything through the seafood, since there is no confidence in each other, I offered a prototype and part of the design, if you like the work-order will pay a prepaid and we will continue the work.The customer for some reason put for all 14 days, although I asked to put for a maximum of 3-4 days.In the telephone conversation it was said that the bourgeois may be present, but this is not a priority.That is, she is contrary to her words and doesn’t know what she wants!I didn’t get any information, the brief was filled with 10%.As a result, I made: a full prototype of the main page and a secondary prototype with news, 3 blocks with design, 1 blocks with refined design.It took me 7 days to do that!The first design is bright and the colors do not break the eye. All the same, we do design not for the customer, not for ourselves, but for the user. Unfortunately, the customer did not understand this and insisted on her own. The question is, why do a redesign if we have returned to the previous design that was done earlier on the site? I got the job done and got a few edits, but much closer to what she wanted. Accordingly, the customer saw the work that she wanted and, accordingly, I asked for an advance payment (because it was agreed)! I just didn't want to work for free anymore!
As for self-conceit, it turns out that the customer knows more than the designer, what the user needs! After all, she has been in advertising for many years.
I learned a valuable lesson for myself that it is necessary to conduct only correspondence and no telephone conversations, no matter what happens now, that I can’t even prove anything. Well, good luck and strength to the performer for further work with the customer, because for a small price it requires a lot. Although, I will never believe that a designer who values his time will work for free)

I deleted the correspondence due to the fact that I am not a fan of storing negativity in my phone.

I highly do not recommend the customer, I received a lot of slander in my address.
