Business process automation with n8n and AI: bots, CRM, integrations

I build automations that remove manual work from business processes: lead capture and scoring, chatbots with dialog memory, CRM integrations, automated reporting.


Stack: n8n, Python, OpenAI and Claude API, PostgreSQL, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Telegram Bot API, Grafana.


What I can cover:

— Form and landing page submissions into your CRM with automatic scoring: cold, warm, hot

— Telegram bot that qualifies the client and hands them to a manager

— Call and conversation analysis, automated reports to management

— Parsing and consolidating data without manual spreadsheets


Before automation I worked as a monitoring engineer, so I build with logging, error handling and alerts when something breaks. Not "it ran once", but it keeps running without me.


Process: we agree on the logic, I show a working prototype, we adjust, then handover with documentation.
