I am an Attorney-at-Law licensed in Ukraine (since 2018) and a Master of Law graduate of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with honors (2007). I have 19+ years of experience in business legal support: corporate law, M&A, IT/IP, commercial contracts, GR/lawmaking, disputes and arbitration. I also have solid experience with top Ukrainian law firms (Salcom, Moris Group) and in senior roles in the public sector (NSDC Secretariat, Ministry of Health, Cabinet of Ministers Secretariat).
