Very unpleasant and inflexible designer. It starts with phrases like "but you didn't specify this in the terms of reference," "I made two revisions, I won't do more," "why didn't you say this right away," and so on. When I suggested a call to discuss the details and hear the designer's proposal on how to do it better, the response was "I don't do calls - write everything in text." Overall, it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience, the work is not finished, and it seems I will have to hire a new contractor to do it properly.
