After several iterations and testing of my model, I prepared the documentation for serial production to ensure full compatibility with the original equipment. This process allowed to effectively reduce production costs, improve the quality and accuracy of the manufactured parts and increase the productivity of the equipment.
Using reverse engineering technologies and Solidworks software, I designed a housing for a Claas Lexion combine's loading auger analog. After numerous iterations and testing of my model, I prepared documentation for mass production to ensure full compatibility with the original equipment. This process effectively reduced manufacturing costs, increased the quality and precision of the manufactured parts, and improved equipment productivity.
