During the selection of the subordinate, recovering dozens of proposals, immediately paid attention to the processed, individual (not "copy paste") proposal for cooperation. At the stage of negotiations it became clear that Elena is not a regular certified "expert" from the "Super Marketing in 2 weeks" course, but an experienced specialist with real successful cases, practice, and the same with the profile diploma of the European High School (for me it is important).
