Dear HR team.

I have worked in different international organizations for 20 years and have extensive experience in finance, grants management, administration. In total I worked as a Grants Manager for over ten years at Eurasia Foundation Central Asia, PACT, Soros Foundation, and IRG, which USAID and different Embassies funded. I conducted finance training for grantees according to donor requirements, organisation requirement and Kyrgyzstan legislation and, reviewed and verified grantee financial monthly/quarterly reports, supported and consulted the grantees and partners, worked with the budget and budget modification, etc. 

As a Senior Finance and Administration Manager at a peacebuilding organization, I was deeply involved in finance management. My duties included preparing detailed monthly reports for internal use and donor reports to meet external requirements. Additionally, I was responsible for analysing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources across various project activities. I also played a role in overseeing the financial management of all project activities, where my tasks involved closely monitoring expenditures and providing financial guidance where necessary. Another main aspect of my role was to forecast cash flows. My role also extends to overseeing the entire budget process and analysing the variances between the budgeted and actual expenditures. Furthermore, I was responsible for ensuring all necessary documentation is correctly submitted to auditors, maintaining transparency and compliance with financial regulations. In my capacity as the Safeguarding Focal Point in Kyrgyzstan, CO, I was tasked with upholding stringent internal controls to protect the organization's assets and prevent any potential instances of fraud. This critical responsibility involves continuous monitoring and evaluation of existing processes to identify and mitigate risks effectively. Also, I have experience on Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting system.
