      Closed parking for 300 car seats occupies five floors, one of which is underground. Two customized covered curvular ramps provide access to all levels.
      On the first floor a car and service station, as well as shopping, warehouse and technical premises are designed. For the convenience of pedestrian access, two staircase-lift nodes with separate outputs to the street are designed.
      Four overground floors are designed of a maneuver type, while the underground box with an isolated storage facility.

      … The building is made in the style of constructivism, which is harmoniously combined with its functional purpose. The outputs of concrete consoles retain the bathing structures of the roof. Most of the facades are stained.

      A club with a hall of 300 seats. The building is conditionally composed of three parts - the entrance group, the act zone and the club zone with a large winter garden. Each area has a separate entrance.
      The hall, located in the center, provides a well-known distribution of the flow of visitors - from here they can go out to the winter garden, get into the exhibition hall or the act hall, or, if desired, climb the round stairs and eat in a cafe above the atrium. The central part of the building is covered with a glass dome, which gives the club an east silhouette. The high arcade, shaping the back facade, and the pink shade of the building in general only add this impression.
      The diversity of the club, due to functional filling, as well as the combination of straight and round lines, gives it a finished and harmonious look.
      The evacuation outputs are designed in the appropriate amount.
