What I do
I build systems that take over routine work: processing incoming requests, generating documents and reports, collecting and structuring data, and running content production pipelines.
Typical tasks
— Reporting automation: Google Sheets / Forms → finished PDF documents from a template
— AI agents for a specific process: handling incoming enquiries, classification, draft replies
— Content pipelines: product descriptions, articles and scripts written to SEO requirements, with fact-checking and a consistent tone of voice
— Video and image generation at scale — a steady volume for the feed, not one-off clips
— Parsing and ETL: pulling data from websites and APIs, normalising it, loading it into a database or spreadsheet
— Web development and improvements: integrations, CMS customisation, internal tools

How I work
I start by mapping the process and saying plainly what can realistically be automated and what cannot — even when the answer is "you don't need AI for this." Then a small pilot on one part of the task, so there are results to look at before committing to anything large. What gets delivered is a working system with documentation, not a black box: it can be maintained without me.
