    Shadows of Our Love book

    Script Writing
    1. Chapter 1. The Meeting (750 words)
Characters — Anna and Sergey — meet by chance on the street. Anna, a talented photographer, is shooting for an exhibition. Sergey is a successful architect who has just gone through a difficult divorce. Their outlook on life is different, but something arises between them from the first meeting.
    • Anna accidentally captures Sergey in a photograph, and this moment becomes significant for her.
    • Sergey, in turn, notices her and decides that she is unusual, although he does not understand why.
    2. Chapter 2. Contradictions (800 words)
Despite their attraction, contradictions arise between them. Anna is absorbed in her art but fears close relationships. Sergey struggles with not being able to regain his former confidence after the divorce.
    • Conversations between them often lead to arguments, especially about their careers and life values. Anna does not believe in long-term relationships, while Sergey tries to find the strength within himself for a new beginning.
    • These contradictions push them apart, but they cannot forget what connects them.
    3. Chapter 3. Ghosts of the Past (750 words)
Soon, Anna learns about Sergey’s past — his divorce and loss of faith in love. This revelation calls her feelings into question, as she has always avoided people with such a past.
    • Anna decides to leave him but realizes that her feelings are stronger than her fear.
    • Sergey tries to find a way to explain to her that his past does not define his present.
    4. Chapter 4. Liberation (800 words)
Time passes, and each of them experiences their inner turmoil. Anna realizes that her fears are stopping her from true happiness and decides to embrace her vulnerability.
    • She meets with Sergey again and confesses her feelings to him, despite all her doubts.
    • Sergey also decides to open his heart, despite the fear of new pain.
    5. Chapter 5. The Beginning of a New Story (650 words)
In the end, they decide that they are ready to move forward despite the uncertainty. They do not promise that everything will be perfect, but they are willing to try. This is the beginning of a new chapter in their lives, where they both learn to trust and accept love.
    • The conclusion of the book leaves the question open as to whether they will be able to build a future together, but it gives hope that they can overcome all obstacles if they are together.

Example fragment from the first chapter:

Anna looked around, trying to catch a moment that she could capture with her lens. She wasn’t looking for anything special — just seeking beauty in the little things, in what others might overlook. But suddenly, her attention was drawn to the silhouette of a man. He stood against the backdrop of an old building, and the morning sunlight touched his face, creating a special light. Anna couldn’t help but take a shot.

When he noticed her, their eyes met, and he froze. She continued to hold the camera, unsure of what to do. The man approached closer, smiling.

    — Are you photographing me? — his voice was quiet but confident.

    — Not exactly, — she replied, — I’m photographing the world around, and you are a part of that world.

He laughed and nodded. It was such a meeting when words seemed unimportant, and all feelings and thoughts were conveyed through the moment. Anna felt that this moment was significant.

    Script for a melodrama film

    Script Writing

    “Until the tea is finished”

    genre: melodrama, format: short film

    SCENE 1. INT. ANNA'S APARTMENT – MORNING

A small, tidy studio kitchen. The light is diffused. Autumn rain hits the window. The room is silent. Anna (30), in a sweater and with tousled hair, sits at the table and draws. Next to her is a cup of cooling tea. On the wall is a photograph of a man (Sasha).

    ANNA'S VOICE (V.O.):
Sometimes time stops. Not because you want it to. Just… someone leaves. And you stay — in the pause.

The pencil in her hand freezes. She looks at the photograph, then at the tea.

    DOORBELL RINGS.

Anna freezes. She doesn’t move. The second ring. Reluctantly, she gets up.

SCENE 2. INT. HALLWAY – CONTINUATION

The door opens. On the threshold is MARK (32), slightly wet, with a backpack. He looks confused but smiles warmly.

    MARK
    Hi… I just… happened to be nearby.

Anna is surprised but not angry. She just looks at him silently.

    ANNA
    Three years have passed.

    MARK
    I know.

Pause. He holds an old notebook in his hands.

    MARK (GENTLY):
    Can I come in?

    She slowly nods. He enters.

SCENE 3. INT. ANNA'S KITCHEN – A FEW MINUTES LATER

They sit across from each other. Both have cups of tea. Silence.

    MARK
    I found out… about Sasha. I'm sorry I didn’t write. It’s just…
    (pause)
I didn’t know what to do.

    ANNA (CALMLY):
No one knows. It’s just — either they come, or they don’t.

He nods, lowering his gaze. Then he hands her the notebook.

    MARK
I carried it with me all these years.
    (smiling awkwardly)
You gave it to me when I was leaving.

She takes the notebook. Flips through it. On the pages are her old drawings: him, her, random passersby, cafes, their bench.

    ANNA
    You kept everything?

    MARK
I tried to keep at least something.

A glance. A slight, almost imperceptible closeness.

5 reasons to start your morning with exercise — and how it will change your life
    Author: Knyazev Ivan

Morning exercise is not just a set of exercises. It is a habit that can change not only your body but also your attitude towards life. Just 10–15 minutes every morning — and you will feel the results in just a week.

Here are 5 reasons why you should give it a try:

    1. A boost of energy for the whole day
When you wake up, your body is still in a semi-sleep state. A light warm-up gets the blood flowing, saturates the brain with oxygen, and kicks off energy for the entire day. It’s like pressing the "start" button for your body.

    2. Improved mood
During physical activity, endorphins — the happiness hormones — are produced. Morning exercise helps set a positive tone, reduces stress levels, and helps cope with anxiety.

    3. Increased concentration
It has been proven: people who start their day with movement concentrate better and make decisions faster. This is especially important if you have mental work or a busy schedule.

    4. Gradual improvement of fitness
Exercise will not replace full workouts, but it will help keep your body toned, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. And with regularity — it’s a great start for more serious activity.

    5. Formation of a healthy habit
Starting small, you lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise is a discipline that influences other areas: nutrition, sleep, thinking.

    What to start with?
    — 5–10 minutes of light exercises: bends, squats, stretching
    — Music or silence — whatever is comfortable for you
    — The main thing is regularity, not the perfection of movements

    Conclusion:
Morning exercise is a simple and effective way to take control of your state. Don’t put it off — start tomorrow morning. Your body and mind will thank you.
