My name is Pavel. I specialize in system administration, network technologies, business IT support, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructures.

In 2007, I graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a Master's degree in Organizational Management. I have also completed professional training courses in MikroTik and Cisco CCNA at Sedicom Academy.

I started my IT career in 2007, providing computer hardware repair, maintenance, sales, and network equipment configuration. Since 2013, I have specialized in servicing and repairing office equipment, including printers, multifunction devices (MFPs), copiers, and plotters.

Since 2017, my primary focus has been system administration and support of business IT infrastructures.

For many years, I have worked in the IT outsourcing sector, supporting businesses of various sizes. During this time, I have successfully completed numerous projects involving infrastructure modernization, network security improvements, backup implementation, and optimization of business IT environments.
