Description of the work on entry
Before the automation was carried out at the enterprise of Astra, the configuration was operated on the basis of the platform "1C: Enterprise".The main task that was placed when the acquisition of a new automation system is the setting of the management account in the range of structural units, management of production and financial flows, increased manageriality by the enterprise as a whole.The aim is to provide guidance with comprehensive information for decision-making, comprehensive accounting and planning of the activities of the main structural units of the enterprise, optimization of processes of document circulation and planning, automation of sales and supply departments, reflection of all economic operations in accounting.As the basis for the development of the automation system thanks to the optimal ratio of “price/quality” was selected the software product “Management of the Manufacturing Company”.Rearden Group has been attracted to the project thanks to its reputation as a consultancy and implementation company, successfully implementing projects of comprehensive automation of enterprises.The company is organized accounting in the main office and remote branches.Since the introduction in operation of the automated system, the company has continued cooperation with the Rearden Group in the part of user consulting, expanding the number of jobs, conducting regular audit of the system.In 2009, Astra LLC with its strength, but with the full consultation support of specialists of GK “Rearden Group”, implemented the software complexes “Government of Manufacturing Enterprise” and “PDM” on one of the enterprises – OAO “Vrhnednaprovsky factory of powerful radio construction”, on which all the departments of management and accounting existing in the program have been launched.

Rearden Group has carried out the automation of the metallurgical enterprise “Junistil” on the basis of the software product “1C:Management by the manufacturing enterprise for Ukraine”.As a result of the analysis of the available on the market software products, the management of the enterprise stopped its choice on the software complex "1C:Management of the manufacturing enterprise for Ukraine", which allows to unite in a single information space all business processes and effectively adapt to the changing tasks and needs of the enterprise.The project is at the start stage in industrial operation.In the enterprise, the accounting takes place in one local network with access restrictions for users' roles.Today, the total number of automated jobs is 50, while simultaneously working in the system of users 41.Introduction
