Modern apartment interior: visualization of coziness

I developed a bright and "clean" design for the apartment, where every detail contributes to creating space. The focus was on functionality, pleasant textures, and smart zoning.
What was achieved in the renders:
… Space: I combined the kitchen with the living room, using light glass partitions to preserve light.
Zones: I separately highlighted a workspace by the window to make working enjoyable.
Textures: I combined warm wood on the floor and in the furniture with noble marble in the bathroom.
Details: I added modern lighting (magnetic tracks) and hidden storage systems to keep the space uncluttered.
The result is a striking, modern interior that feels inviting to live in. In the last slide, I added the layout to show how everything is arranged in the area.

Material specification: precise calculation of lumber, helping to avoid unnecessary expenses during procurement.
Visualization: photorealistic renders of the exterior, showing the harmony of the house with the surrounding landscape.
This is a fully ready technical solution: from the foundation to the finishing of the facades with slats.

Developed the interior of the bathroom with an emphasis on luxurious materials and complex lighting. The main idea is the combination of dark stone textures with warm onyx light panels. What was done within the project: Photorealistic renders: set up complex lighting scenarios to convey the play of reflections on glossy surfaces and ceramics. Interior detailing: worked on the sink area, a separate shower, and a custom-shaped bathtub. Technical part: the screenshots show the modeling process and work with the geometry of the space in 3ds Max. Panoramic view: created $360 renders for full immersion in the interior. The result is a striking and functional space with the atmosphere of an expensive hotel.

3D visualization of the bedroom interior in Modern Luxury style
3D Modeling
I worked on this interior with a focus on coziness and a calm atmosphere. I wanted to convey the softness of light and pleasant textures: wood on the floor, a textile panel behind the bed, and hidden ceiling lighting.
In the project, I detailed the wardrobe area with lighting and access to the terrace, so the space looked as realistic as possible. It resulted in a modern, "clean" design where it is pleasant to relax.
