    Comprehensive Digital Marketing and SMM Support

    Overall task - The Expat Food restaurant in Hannover operated in a competitive environment and needed systematic digital promotion for:
    - increasing the flow of guests to the establishment
    - attracting orders through delivery
    - enhancing brand recognition among the expat audience
    - stabilizing the cost of customer acquisition

    The main problem at the start was the lack of a structured marketing system: content was published irregularly, advertising was not scaled, and there was no clear funnel for engagement.

    What was done:
    1. Strategic Foundation
    I completely relaunched the digital direction:
    - Conducted an analysis of the local Hannover market and competitors.
    - Identified key segments of the target audience.
    - Formulated the restaurant's positioning as a comfortable place for the international community.
    - Built a marketing structure: organic + paid traffic + delivery.
    - We did not just "launch advertising," but built a system.

    2. SMM and Content System
    A systematic approach to content was implemented:
    - Developed a content strategy focused on appetizing visuals, atmosphere, and social proof.
    - Built a content funnel:
    - reach → engagement → trust → orders
    - Launched regular Reels to increase organic traffic
    - Implemented UGC and guest reviews.
    - Worked on the brand's tone of voice.
    - Content ceased to be chaotic — it began to work for sales.

    3. Targeted Advertising (Meta Ads)
    A structured advertising account was created:
    - Campaigns to attract guests to the restaurant.
    - Campaigns for delivery orders.
    - Working with cold audiences.
    - Retargeting interacting users.
    - Local geo-targeting in Hannover.
    - Main focus — performance approach and optimization for conversion.

    4. Analytics and Optimization

    SMM - Present Simple

    The owner of the Present Simple school (in Poltava) made the decision to open an English language school for children and teenagers up to 17 years old.

    At the time of the inquiry, the project had not yet been launched — the school was in the process of renovating the premises and preparing for the opening.

    The main challenge was that there was already high competition among language schools in Poltava, and there was no time for a gradual "rollout" of the project.

    It was important for the client to establish a presence in the market from the first month, build trust in the brand, and quickly attract the first clients.

    Thanks to a combination of advertising promotion, a strong organic Instagram page, and outdoor advertising, the school was able to achieve significant results and substantially increase brand recognition in the city. In the highly competitive market of English language education, we were able to carve out our own share and effectively establish ourselves among key players.

    The school reached maximum group capacity, after which further growth occurred organically — through word of mouth, a high level of trust, and recommendations from current students.

    Target - Scandinavia Biolabs

    The main request of the brand was to increase traffic and sales on the Amazon platform through advertising tools.

    To enhance the results, it was decided to additionally increase cross-platform traffic to direct the interested audience to Amazon not only from the platform itself but also from other channels.

    Within this approach, part of the SMM tasks was delegated to me to work in conjunction with the company's internal SMM department to ensure systematic growth of traffic and sales on Amazon, as well as to strengthen the overall brand presence in digital channels.

    Main goals:
    Scale sales on Amazon in priority regions.
    Increase brand awareness and audience reach.
    Increase the number of touchpoints with potential customers.
    Develop a stable system and sales funnel that generates inquiries and purchases.

    Challenges during the project:
    Content was initially focused on awareness rather than sales.
    The need to integrate SMM activities with advertising on Amazon and other channels.
    Finding effective creatives and unique selling propositions (USPs) for each region.
    Implementing a conversion and analytics system to evaluate the effectiveness of cross-platform campaigns.

    Solutions and approach:
    An audit of Amazon accounts and the SMM funnel was conducted to identify growth points.
    A conversion system was developed that directs the customer to purchase on Amazon or other sites.
    Special USPs for products on Amazon were created, and video creatives were redesigned with clear CTAs.
    Audience interaction was optimized to increase engagement and prepare them for purchase.
    Storytelling and UGC content from relevant opinion leaders were implemented to build trust and encourage visits to the product page.

    The client owned an auto repair shop in Miami, focused on migrants from the CIS who needed car repairs after accidents or other issues. The main request was as follows: Although there was enough organic traffic, paid traffic was not working effectively. Due to high competition among auto repair shops in the city, inquiries were not converting into customers. It was necessary to find an effective method of attracting new customers through targeted advertising that would consistently bring clients to the auto repair shop. What was done at the start: An advertising plan was developed for targeted advertising and audience warming. A competitor analysis was conducted in Miami. Competitors' creatives and messages were analyzed to adapt effective approaches. A unique selling proposition (USP) for accident services and Turohost was developed. An advertising budget for targeted advertising was calculated. Technical specifications for creatives were prepared together with a designer. Solutions and approach: Advertising creatives were created with an emphasis on customer convenience: free towing, resolving insurance issues, providing a replacement car. Targeted advertising was launched for different audience segments, and content warming began gradually. Advertising was gradually scaled to increase reach and the number of subscribers. A small budget was allocated for testing new audiences.

    The client opened their own establishment with an Asian menu that offers unique and authentic cuisine that is not yet available in Odesa.
    Main goal:
    To attract an audience that will become regular visitors and recommend the establishment to friends;
    To increase brand awareness so that by the time delivery launches, as many people as possible know about the restaurant;
    To create interest and motivation to visit the establishment and try its dishes.
    The key task was to build a strong start for the brand, attract the first customers, and form a loyal audience even before the active launch of delivery.

    During the collaboration, a full-fledged promotion system was built: targeted advertising was launched, recognizable content with a clear Tone of Voice was created, the owner and UGC creators were involved, which helped to compensate for the location of the establishment. As a result, the Shao Bao brand achieved a stable daily revenue, formed a loyal audience, scaled its reach across the city, and all investments in advertising and content paid off several times over.

    Connect telephony for quality call handling and closing clients.

    Challenges:
    Incorrect website analytics that could distort sales data.
    Low-quality traffic during tests and some unclosed phone inquiries.
    A large number of hypotheses and tests, which resulted in mixed results in the first month.

    Solutions and approach:
    Maintain daily sales reporting and reconcile with advertising campaigns and phone inquiries.
    Test different creatives and advertising formats to identify effective ones.
    Optimize the CJM on the website and implement a transparent call handling system.
    Focus on retargeting and scaling effective creatives.
    Gradually increase the budget while maintaining ROAS and controlling conversions.
    Results by month:
    Month 1: testing hypotheses, identifying effective creatives, understanding the cost of acquisition.
    Month 2: sales doubled, ROAS increased several times, confirmed the effectiveness of the chosen strategy.
    Month 3: retargeting and call optimization yielded excellent results.
    Conclusion:
    The use of a systematic approach to testing, call handling, and retargeting allowed scaling the client's business, increasing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and enhancing profitability. The case demonstrates how a phased strategy and data control ensure stable sales growth even in a competitive market.
