Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Client: A large online furniture hardware store with a presence in physical stores across Ukraine.
Task: Increase visibility and attract more target audience through improving search engine rankings.
Strategy:
Technical audit and website optimization: Conducted a thorough analysis of the website and identified key areas for improvement. This included technical requirements (implementation of redirects, proper settings for language versions, loading speed, URL structure, mobile optimization), content strategy (updating and optimizing meta tags, improving content quality) and creating quality backlinks.

Keywords and content: Conducted in-depth keyword research targeting search queries that potential customers might use to find furniture hardware. Developed a content marketing strategy to create and optimize content according to these keywords.
Local SEO: Considering that the company has physical stores across Ukraine, we also focused on local SEO. This included creating a separate version of the site structure for cities that users include in their search queries, as well as recommendations for creating and optimizing Google Maps profiles, registration in local directories, and active participation in local communities.
Results:
Increase in indexed pages: After optimization, the number of indexed pages on the site increased from 7,000 to 12,000, indicating a significant improvement in content visibility for search engines.
Growth in keyword rankings: Thanks to the processed categories and content optimization, the site rose in search engine rankings for many keywords related to furniture hardware, increasing its visibility in organic search. Expanded the semantic core by +9929 keywords. All attention was focused on Ukrainian-language queries.
Increase in organic traffic: As a result of successful SEO optimization, organic traffic to the site for priority areas increased by 37%, which is a significant achievement and indicates the effectiveness of the applied strategy.
Increase in orders through the site: Due to the increase in organic traffic and improved search engine rankings, the number of orders through the site also significantly increased, leading to higher conversion rates and overall sales volume.
Conclusions:
This project demonstrates the significance of SEO optimization for online stores, especially in a competitive niche such as furniture hardware. Through a comprehensive approach to SEO and active implementation of content marketing and local SEO strategies, we were able to achieve a significant increase in visibility and traffic, resulting in an increase in orders and overall business growth.

Increase the visibility of the website in search engines for key queries in the fishing gear niche. Attract new customers and increase orders through the website. It was important to consider the specifics of the niche and take into account possible difficulties at each stage of promotion, which are always typical of other types of businesses.
Implemented Measures
Conducted a website audit and search semantics analysis, including work with highly specialized and low-frequency queries specific to the fishing gear market.
Creation of new subcategories in response to the expansion of the manufacturer's assortment and the addition of filter pages allowed covering a wide range of key queries, including low-frequency ones.

Effective optimization of internal and external factors, including keywords, content quality, and link mass, allowed for significant improvement in the website's positions in search engines. Expanded the semantic core by more than 3 times. The number of key queries in the TOP-10 increased 5 times (from 40 to 206 key queries).
Improvement of the website's visibility in search engines for target key queries and expansion of semantics, combined with a carefully crafted SEO strategy, led to a significant influx of new users and increased their engagement. These measures became key elements of the stable growth in the number of website visitors, resulting in organic traffic increasing by 3.5 times.
The increase in traffic led to a rise in orders through the website, boosting sales volume. 27% of all conversions come from visitors from organic search.
Conclusions
Despite the specific characteristics of the niche, such as a limited audience, a high level of engagement of the target audience, seasonality of demand, and specific content requirements in the fishing gear niche, a systematic approach and comprehensive SEO measures allowed for significant improvement in the website's positions, increased its visibility, and boosted organic traffic. A competent approach to promotion, which includes flexible strategies, adaptation to seasonal demand fluctuations, deep processing of the website's structure and content, and thoughtful external optimization, is key to successfully positioning the website in leading positions in search results.

Increase the positions of key queries, obtain traffic that will convert into transportation requests. The client had previous promotion experience based on a traffic increase strategy for informational queries, which did not have a significant impact on service orders. Globally, our team faced the task of changing the client's attitude towards their website, as the client previously made short-sighted decisions - sharp jumps, changing the domain name, creating pages based on duplicating a significant portion of the content.
Implemented measures
During the technical audit, it was discovered that the parent category of the pool of pages responsible for commercial queries was closed to indexing, which hindered the proper distribution of link weight within the site and the correct understanding of the site's structure by search engines.
Thanks to detailed processing of the semantic core for the site, it was possible to highlight a promising cluster of queries with a lower level of competition but high conversion. This is especially valuable considering that the logistics services market is characterized by a high degree of competition with many websites striving to occupy leading positions in search results.
It was possible to minimize the damage done to the site and restore positions after an uncoordinated change of URL on the site by the client's team and return to positive growth dynamics.
Based on a detailed analysis of competitors, a comprehensive traffic acquisition strategy was developed for the client's priority high-competition queries using a clustering approach, improving the quality and usefulness of content. Unfortunately, during implementation, we faced limitations from the developer that significantly affected the speed of implementation.

Conclusions
Despite significant difficulties related to the complete theft of site content, implementation of technical adjustments, and existing high competition in the logistics services market, a systematic approach and comprehensive SEO measures allowed for a significant improvement in the site's positions, increased its visibility, and boosted organic traffic.

Technical audit of the site: basic technical optimization points were considered at the development stage, meaning there was an opportunity to focus efforts on optimizing Core Web Vitals metrics.

Formation of a link strategy, analysis of the client's profile, identification of target pages, determining parameters for searching platforms for placement; placement and validation of links. To effectively address the tasks at hand, we chose the method of placing guest articles on thematic sites, as well as on media sites and city portals. During the promotion, we managed to set a positive dynamic for the link profile, create the right anchor list, and increase DR from 4 to 13 according to Ahrefs, with the total number of donor domains increasing from 70 to 245.

They carefully listened to the recommendations of SEO specialists and timely implemented the necessary changes on their website.
